This is true, however it is a 12 year old game. I myself would stick to 1.6, it's all I know lol but I kinda meant for those people new to the game and aren't set in their gaming ways that it's about time. Not for us 1.6 "die hards." I just didn't elucidate that in my response. It might be 'a welcomed change' for those who have played 1.6 so long that they've grown tired of it though.

That's right! Valve is making another CS apparently and it's called CS:GO which stands for Counter Strike Global Offensive.
The cool thing is that it's also going to be available on ps3, xbox and of course, pc.
From what i heard, it's going to be released next year, early i think.
